Show Notes

Brad Church likes to ask the question “who leads the leader?”. The answer is that as leaders we need to lead ourselves. That means inspiring ourselves toward our goals and our vision for the future. In this podcast Brad takes Stephanie Christopher through his step by step repeatable process for goal setting that helps people make progress toward their true state of well-being.

Brad has worked with successful families and business people for more than 20 years as a trusted advisor. Also as Chief Executive of Goodman private wealth advisers, he has seen firsthand the benefits that goal setting, when done well, can have on the lives of individuals, families, businesses and communities. He has come to recognise that a lot of the popular goal setting concepts like “work/life balance” and “smart” goals are actually ineffective for most people.

Rather than 'work life balance', Brad believes that what we are all really striving for is well-being, a state characterised by health, happiness and prosperity. In order to achieve this state of well-being, we need to approach goal setting, from a new perspective.
